The staff at Alaia Belize was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the accomodations. The staff made the experience more memorable. Maria was our server for breakfast for 3 days and we must say she was phenomenal ! Her attention to detail and exceptional service made us miss her on her days off. Additionally, Minnie served us at the pool area and she was very accommodating. She took the time to remember all of our names and our drink orders. That level of detail and personable service is remarkable., We did not enjoy the vast amount of mosquitoes present on the island. Not sure what can be done about that. The San Pedro island overall is infested with mosquitoes.,

Could not have picked a better hotel to stay at in San Pedro, Belize. The aesthetic and upkeep was immaculate. We had a two bedroom suite, and it was very spacious, spotless, and comfortable. So many bars and restaurants within the hotel, and the pools were absolutely divine. Loved the beachfront view, although you are not able to get in the water where the hotel is facing on the island. Very convenient parking for your golf cart. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will 100% be staying here again when we return to Belize!

This was the most breathtaking stay! I was traveling solo, and having such a helpful and attentive team available to answer all of my questions made me feel so comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. The view from my room was absolutely unimaginable—it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined! Waking up to that view was truly unforgettable. Alaia was the perfect place for a peaceful, beautiful, and memorable getaway. I would absolutely stay here again!

Alaia was an amazing experience. Beautiful pool on ground floor and rooftop. Room was cleaned and maintained well daily. The rooftop bar has an employee named Naya who provided top tier drinks and customer service. I would definitely go back!
