The level of customer service was personal and exceptional. My room was large and I appreciated the full size refrigerator and large balcony. This is a newer hotel, the owner Jake makes himself accessible, Jennifer was on site to make sure things ran smoothly, and this hotel is in walking distance of local food spots. Experience is everything, and I had an excellent & restful experience at this hotel. I absolutely hands down recommend Hibisco, and I 100% will stay here again when I make it back to San Pedro.

I have traveled to a handful of beaches and cities and this was THE BEST hotel I stayed in to date. From the fresh lemoney smell from my check in date to checkout, the location of the hotel and the pictures look exactly how it is, this stay was better in person and did not disappoint. When I come back to Belize I have to stay atleast one night here great price and great staff, flipped my room without disorganizing my items. I I'll be back, thank you Hibisco!

El lugar es perfecto, me gustó mucho el roof top. Lo único es que me dieron una habitación que no tenía vista al mar ni balcón, que fue lo que reservamos, pero de todo lo demás, muy bien ubicado, lindo y cómodo!

Hibisco was lovely! Building seems super new, we had the ground floor suite and it was like a little apartment with a full kitchen and everything we needed. Super clean, excellent AC, comfy bed. Small but refreshing pool. Jennifer and Jake were SO helpful (even when they weren’t in office, they responded via WhatsApp) to help us fix a problem with the safe, and to organize us a snorkeling tour on a holiday when everyone else was closed, and get us a golf cart delivered. About a 20 min walk into the busiest area of San Pedro, but there was also lots around us or within 10 min walk or quick golf cart drive. Was nice and quiet at night and felt very safe. Some amenities (rooftop bar and cafe coming) not open due to slow season but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!
