「The unit itself was nice - clean and well maintained. The office & Maintenence staff was friendly, but overall the resort needs a lot of upkeep. The thatch roofs on all the palapas are disintegrating. There are too few pool deck chairs and many are broken. We went to sit on one and the wood broke thru before we ever even fully sat on it. I was surprised for the cost the Maintenence level. But I do think it’s hard to maintain property in Belize bc it’s hard to get replacement materials. It was...
