"Beautiful stay! Very clean and everyone was helpful and polite. The golf cart rental through the hotel made everything seamless and in one location. There is a guard at the gate all day and night which made us feel safe. They offer a pool and a cafe that we didn’t explore much because we were so busy exploring the island but I would absolutely stay here again. "

"The staff are friendly and eager to assist you with anything you need. The resort is very far north of town and the ride is not easy. The beach was unusuable due to Sargassum. We were there for 3 nights and only once did we see a couple of young men trying to clear the beach but they made ZERO impact. The smell is awful. The accommodations are dark and dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath second floor unit. My kids said the smaller bedroom was like a prison cell. Very dark and bland and yes, there was a window. The master bedroom King size bed had an extremely soft foam mattress that I could to sleep on. I swapped with my son and slept in the prison cell. Haha The restaurant was OK. Breakfast was good. Lunch was meh. Never had dinner there."

"This is a spectacular property with amazing fresh food . It’s not easy to get to … a plane from Belize and a boat ride but it’s well worth the trek . "

"The room and property is actually very nice but you can’t get in the water cause it’s seaweed or whatever it is all in the water it’s make the whole area stink so bad also the staff could’ve of been a little more helpful and they need to tighten up on a few other things cause the place only been open for a few years swim up bar not done yet it’s a few other things but "

"The rooms in this property is so out of date idk how they received a 3.9 star rating. The 1st room they gave me had mold in the ceiling and walls. The 2nd room ended up having roaches my 2nd day. I had to leave mid way thru my trip and get a different hotel. Only highlights are the air conditioning is really good, the bed was comfy, and the pool was clean. The restaurant on the property was really good and the waitress/ bartender girl was really nice and friendly. Other then that you pretty much get what you paid for. There's a reason why the price is so cheap. "

"The staff was amazing… the hotel is right off the beach. My husband and I stay for the Easter weekend the island was packed but you wouldn’t even know that once you get to the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean we had a great stay."
