「You can’t go wrong with Phoenix. What a great place to stay. Staff is excellent, on site food is delicious, amenities are top-notch and location is perfect. The best part, we were not treated like Expedia guests (which happened last year in Roatan). The place is great and staying anywhere else is just wrong. 」

We had a nice sized room with all kitchen necessities, small oven/stove, microwave, toaster and coffee pot with coffee and sugar. She thinks of everything that would make the stay better. The bed was SUPER comfortable which is not something I always say. The bathroom had all needed items. They offered to clean our room more than once but we did not need anything other than towel exchanges and toilet paper :)...

Manager was super attentive - arranged for golf cart rental to be delivered to property. Booked snorkeling excursion (which picked us up from dock right in front of property).
