I recommend the coffee scrub and chocolate body wrap. The excursions are fun and the staff are so helpful when it comes to making your visit special. "the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable...

"Our flights out of Belize got delayed because of the weather and we ended up at the Fort George for the night. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that needs a spot to stay and relax for the night. There was a lot of construction in the immediate vicinity, which suggested they are trying to draw more tourists. It is close to the water taxi, so the area seems more like a jumping-off point rather than a destination. We had a great stay at the hotel, which was very comfortable, newly remodeled, beautifully designed and clean. We ate our meals there and some of the dishes were hit and miss. (Flatbread pizza was great! Risotto was way overcooked.) We will definitely return for a night if needed to catch flights in and out of BZE. About 30 mins or $40 taxi ride to the airport. They have a shuttle that was great and is $15 per person, so a taxi was less for our family of 4."

"I loved this property! The room seemed to be recently renovated, everything was in excellent condition and very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The landscaping is designed to create a relaxing and calming atmosphere, which it does. The grounds are gated making it possible for anyone to enjoy sitting outside anytime without worrying about safety. There are to pools on site and we used the larger of the two every day. The staff is very friendly and an owner was usually around when we were there. It is a perfect base for exploring Belize City but also for excursions out of the city since it is close to the cruise ship terminal (they use tenders so no big cruise ships ruining the views or vibes) and to the water taxi terminal if you want to go to one of the islands or diving at the reef. Taxi and tour operators are easy to find on cruise ship days or the office can arrange them for you. The onsite restaurant, Martha's, is wonderful. We sat out on the covered deck every day enjoying drinks or meals."

"If you’re looking for a resort that curates and customizes to your every need this is the resort for you. The rooms are immaculate, the service is out of this world, by the second day every person knew the names of our party, their drink preferences, food allergies . I never heard the word NO from the staff, whether it be breakfast for dinner, or custom meals, it was only if we have the ingredients we will make it for you. When my bags did not show up at the airport, the staff went out of their way to pick me up clothing to get me through the interim. My daughter got sick the staff picked up the medication, and made special arrangements to get it to her. I have been to many five star resorts in Cancun, Dominican, Costa Rica, Cabo San Lucas, and I have never had an experience that was better. This is not the largest resort, they create intimate unique experiences for each group in a beautiful environment with a passion and love for their guests. I can’t wait to visit again."

"The airport mentioned that is close to this hotel is not the main international airport. Check in was smooth, our room was ready at 3 pm. We stayed in the reef area, 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom and full kitchen living and dining room with nice patio close to the reef pool. Steps away from the beach area but you can not really swim on the beach. It’s got a dock and to the left a possible beach area where you can swim but the seaweed was so bad no one was swimming there. The beach area is nice they have plenty of chairs and umbrellas, you can lay out and have a good time but not really swim in the ocean. We spent three nights there. The restaurants are nice but expensive. That 25% tax is not a tip and really adds up. One night we wanted to try the deck restaurant but it was closed for a wedding. We rented a golf cart outside of the hotel because it was half the cost. We got massages down on the beach about 20 mins away from the hotel for 25 dollars, area next to the farm house coffee shop. That place had great coffee and smoothies. We bought beer at the local store for half the price. Be careful buying things most things were expired. We ate at a seafood restaurant in town where you pick out your seafood and they cook it for you, it was really good, but expensive. The lobster was amazing! It was a great trip. The hotel was nice staff was nice. We did not do the all inclusive packages."
