「We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. 「I loved it all. The river view, pool, bar, restaurant, service, and how kind and sweet everyone were. I loved the location, the peace and tranquility it brought to my life. Which was much need for an Emergency Room RN. When I arrived I was greeted my a wonderful young man, he was kind and very pleasant. This world needs more people like.him in it. My only regret is having to leave so soon. Thank you all for everything, I appreciate it so much!」

「As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it. The next day my meeting ran late, and...
