「Tim & Debbie were great. The property is fun with a shared pool right outside the cabana. It is a short walk to their oceanfront property. The way the island is set up it's fine for a short walk to the beach instead of the beachfront I didn't feel like we missed out at all. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jiani and Beyonce are awesome concierges, definetly recommend Gerald & Gerald Tours for the snorkeling. I can not really think of anything they could do better.」

「You must have a bike or rent a golf cart for this location which is worth being away from the city noise. The airport noise is not much. Lovely accommodations seems new. Very large. Check out iguana reef for a beach. You can enjoy any resort’s amenities. The leeward side is nicer for beach swimming due to the sargassum.」

The owner even hooked us up with someone "KenShan Tours" to pick us up at the airport, take us to dinner, and then take us to the ferry where we stayed on Caye Caulker for the rest of the week. 「The location was close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s quite far from restaurants and stores so be prepared! It was a comfortable apartment and a short drive to the airport. We enjoyed a nice afternoon walk in the neighborhood; families were out strolling too and enjoying some backyard barbecues!!」

「I stayed here for 2 nights with a friend and we enjoyed it. The pull out bed wasnt super comfy but everything else was great. We were grateful to run a load of laundry in-house. Location next to airport is loud at times during the day when planes come in and out but we were glad to be a little further from town for the peace and quiet. Highly recommend for 2 people to stay」

「The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. 」
