「We walked from the train station and it wasn’t too hard to find with a 15 minute walk. Good communication from hotel admin beforehand so had check in details ready before we arrived and could check in straight away at 2pm. We had the loft apartment which was up a few flights of stairs but this was well worth it when we saw the view from the balcony. 「Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, 10 min walk to station and bus station. Lots of shops and food places around two great pizza places within 2 min walk. A very cheap supermarket in the alley next door. Room spacious and clean, hot water, great view to canal. Fridge and safe and bottle of bubbly in room. 「The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off...
