「Great place to stay. Our room was clean. There was plenty of lighting when we came later in the evening to our room. It made it safer.」

「Everything about the hotel is okay. Nothing is especially good or bad, just okay. New ownership and some things about the property have declined in importance with the new owners (i.e. breakfast quality, landscaping, general maintenance). There are now additional fees for parking (per car, pets) so your rate may be higher than you expected. I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t stay here again, because the room was clean, but I would look at other options next time.」

「We stayed at Smart Stay Inn over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. We spoke with the front desk manager twice and both times they went over and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping came in each day to freshen the room up and add new towels and toiletries. The complimentary breakfast is the only negative I have with this stay. Although they replenished the trays of food, the hot food was consistently cold and not enjoyable. I...

「I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.」

「There were spider webs on the back of the TV, one of lights over the bed was broken off, the plugs by the bed didn't work, the bed linen, wash cloths and towels had stains on them and some of the lamps didn't work」
