EXCELLENT CHOICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is family owned and operated. Husband and wife are SO SO NICE! Always very accommodating. Room was very clean, comfortable beds and soft towels 😊 pool is well taken care of. Quiet area but easy access to all attractions. I'll definitely stay here again if i return to Saint Augustine.

Checking in was quick and easy. The room was on the first floor, and the bed was comfortable with basic amenities. The linens and towels were good quality, but the bed sheets were too small for a king-size bed. Additionally, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. The shower curtain was dirty.

Overall, the property was okay. The room smelled a little musty but fortunately I brought candles with me. It was a nice size room and ultimately you get what you pay for. The best part about the place was its distance to downtown due to the traffic there it was nice to come sleep in the peaceful quiet.

Great Convenient Relaxing Spot

Very pleasant stay outside the hustle and crowds of downtown St. Augustine. The room was fully adequate and there was plenty of free parking. We saw cute bungalows and a room with a balcony that would be fantastic for a longer stay. There was a coffee shop, a frozen banana truck, and a great barbecue restaurant all within easy walking distance. These places were without the lines and crowding we had experienced elsewhere.

The beds were hard and so were the pillows. But other than that it was quiet and not too busy in the area. The room was very clean and had all the things one could need, Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and the staff were very nice and friendly. Will stay again but will bring softer pillows and a blanket.
