「We really appreciated the fact it was like an apartment and not a hotel room. We made breakfast each morning so we could leave early to go about our day. Fully stocked kitchen and the room and grounds were so clean. Washer/dryer shared with another room was convenient and they provided soap. It wasn't a "party" scene. Everyone was respectful and it was relaxing. The restaurant/bar was independent from the hotel so you couldn't charge to your room so you had to bring money or card down with you....

「Me hospedé en el Hotel Milano por 2 noches y tuve una excelente experiencia. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno Viejo San Juan, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, sitios históricos y todo lo necesario para recorrer la ciudad a pie. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada, lo cual hizo mi estadía muy cómoda. El personal fue amable y el proceso de check-in y check-out fue sencillo. Por su ubicación, limpieza y excelente relación calidad-precio, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí....

「I liked the hotel overall! It was a nice and enjoyable stay. The floors were sticky when we walked in our room and there is mold on the roof. But other than that it was amazing.」

「A las 3 am el ruido era insoportable. Llamè a recepcion y nadie contestò. Bajè a recepciòn y me indicaron que como hay una discoteca yo debia saber que era asì. Le indiquè que me he quedado en multiple ocasiones en ese hotel y que nunca me habia pasado. Fue un desastre de ruido hasta la 4:30 am」
