「The home was beautiful, great decor, comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. We were there to go to the theme parks, they were easy to get to from the home. Traffic was a little crazy, but I think we were all going to the same place at the same time! Thank you for letting us stay!」

「Close to Disney, nice small hotel. Rooms were exactly as described, super comfortable for a family of 5. Checkout is strict but we had a late flight and they were great about accommodating us after check out time with parking. 」

「Downstairs bedroom bathroom had water get too cold quickly. Upstairs master bedroom had shower that had boiling hot water. No washcloths available.」

「The property is beautiful. The upstairs King suite the bed had dirty stained sheets and matress covers. Curtains in downstairs King was hanging from the window. No one ever came to correct the problem. I had to go out and buy king size sheet set and matress cover. We only had good communications, when talking to Jose. He is very knowledgeable about the tules and how things operate. I hope hes a manager or will become very soon. Thank you Jose.」

「The property was very nice but we had no idea what layout we would be getting until we arrived which made it hard to plan. The villa did not come with the frozen drink machine it was supposed to have and had no extra blankets or pillows 」

「Nice hotel. Great pool and dining. Rooms have poor soundproofing. Room next to us had people talking so loud in them late at night it was like they were in our room. Also very loud, disrespectful, drunk people in the hallways for about an hour between 2am and 3am. Other than lack of sleep, it’s a nice place to stay. 」

「La propiedad está en muy buen estado, cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Cerca a los parques y con un entorno muy bonito. Lo único que tendría que decir es que deben colocar más amenites por el número de personas , se nos acabo el papel de baño y el jabón.」
