"This was amazing onsen beside the Yubatake (which is right in front on the hotel) so you are in the middle of the town they have Yukata you can borrow and take wear to walk and take pictures outside too. Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options and was really good. Make sure to Book Hal-Board, it is worth it! They have onsen eggs for breakfast too! The only downside is that it is a bit old and the walls are thin so can be noisy when people talk on the hallway but Overall this was an...

"The room was beautiful and the private onsen was the cherry on the cake. Be sure to take advantage of the massage that is offered (additional $) but it had me snoring and in a very relaxed state of mind. The Kaiseki dinner was flawless too. This was a perfect break in the middle of our trip to rest our weary limbs. "

Easily walkable into town with lots of dining options there, as long as you get there early. (A few are open later). Ping pong table as well; and karaoke rooms (for a fee). We rented the private onsen for an hour for our family, since the kids were shy about using the public ones. "
