"My husband and i likes it very much.. its a self service check in/out. It has washing machine, kitchen that u can cook and bbq grill and it has private onsen too but we didn’t use it coz it’s cold outside. This room can fit 5-7 people. The thing that I don’t like was the cleaner keeps on trying to open our door when it’s not yet check-out time. But overall we liked it."

We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The room we stayed in was small but had everything we needed (kitchenette, laundry, etc).
