Front desk was always packed, the wait time was way too long. We were told an attendant would come to our room to make the sofa bed and they never showed up. Ed called the hotel to remind them and and the phone was never answered (around 9pm). Housekeeping did not show up to clean our room, we called and called again to finally receive towels. For the level of property we expected more. I will say the food at BLVD for dinner was incredible. All services however need an upgrade and staff training.

The team at Opus were beyond amazing, Very friendly, courteous, helpful and accommodating. Could not recommend them more. Plus the location of the Opus is convenient to everything. Will definitely book again in the future!

Seems like it would have been a nice place when it first opened, but there were a ton of issues with the room. Doors that don’t close properly, missing cupboard handles, duct tape on the floor, shoddy construction work all around which is really starting to show. The coffee was also a major disappointment. They have good beans on offer from a local roaster, but the supplies to make the coffee (coffee maker and pour-over set) aren’t up to the task. The coffee maker especially was nearly impossible to figure out and constantly came out watery and bitter. On the plus side, communication with the staff was alright, in-suite laundry was a nice touch, and the gym was well equipped enough for a short stay. I would recommend staying somewhere else in the area given the price.

Extremely convenient for cruise travel, Pan Pacific is located right along the waterfront and is easily accessible by train from YVR.

We really enjoyed our stay at Level Yaletown. Clean and quiet. Great amenities. Bed was soso, but was replaced by by a brand new one!

The lobby and reception areas are very dark and kind of depressing.

Everything was quite good except one of our rooms didn’t have a dental kit. They have a yoga/flex room that was good for us to practice our dance.

Stay was great. Room had a lovely view, location was perfect while we attended a concert. The only issue was 1 elevator was down so it took a while getting up and down sometimes. Overall we’d stay here again.
