Amazing thing is welcome service. There was welcome drink. Beer was available only till 18:00, but others were till late. Corn soup, orange juice etc.
Station to hotel is easy to walk. There was a roof covered walkway. There was a convenience store 1st floor. It is really great hotel. But not too much dinning places near by.

I liked the property because it was within 1/2 mile (805 meters) of the Yokohama Passenger Cruise Terminal and walking distance to chinatown.
What I didn't like was that there was no shuttle service from the hotel to the cruise port, particularly since it's so close!

The New Otani was a very luxurious experience. The staff had great service and very accommodating. They helped me upgrade a room with ease and affordability. They helped me rent a car to drive around, give me access to the pool to take my son swimming, and heat up food in the middle of the night. The room service was delicious and parking was so easy and cheap. We had an amazing view of Osaka Castle and we were right next to the train station. I would love to stay here again on my next trip.

Datées. Things run down. Had to change room since shower not working. Took forever for someone to come and someone to give us new keys - stayed in Towers. Elevator Eve slower in Towers compared to main- felt like stayed in 2 different hotels. No usb outlet and new room over train tracks so hear trains going
