Conveniently located close to Waverley station and Royal Mile attractions. Bed was uncomfortable but only for a 2 night stay so was ok. As with most hotel rooms within this price bracket, could benefit from some love and attention but was clean with food facilities

Rooms were nice and spacious especially for the UK. Everything was very clean and the amenities were great. Good location too.

Lovely stay, staff very helpful and the breakfast is incredible...best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Would certainly return!

Early checkin was great!

Amazing hotel, food in the first floor restaurant was truly the best and the new bar with choice of Vinyls was really a unique experience.

The stay started out wonderfully and ended in disappointment. My daughter got very sick and we called the front desk asking for any extra time re checkout. The desk clerk was not interested in helping us in any way. Curt and not kind. . I’ve never experienced that with an Autograph Collection hotel. No attempt was made to help us. Very disappointed and will never stay here again. Basically, soured the whole experience. I would give 2 stars if I hadn’t experienced the welcoming crew when we checked in and the next evening. The afternoon/evening crew had been terrific - Daniel (excellent representative of your establishment), housekeeping for room 307, Stefano,Wally and Oliver. These gentlemen are 5 star. Whoever it was at the front desk who took the call from room 307 in the 0900-1000 hour on Sunday, December 14 2025 asking for a bit of checkout reprieve was able to convey no concern for the guests.
