The room and hotel were amazing. The hotel was very central to everything. Simply wished the restaurants were open a little later but other than that everything was perfect.

You can walk pretty much anywhere. Very local.

The parking should be included with room or validated upon request. Other than that it was a great stay

We had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. There are two things that cause me to rate this less than five stars. First is the airport shuttle. It is included with the room, but only runs every half hour whether leaving from the hotel or the airport. The problem is that the shuttle is too small to accommodate so many travelers. On the way from the airport, it was standing room only, and I had to hold my luggage between my legs. On the way from the hotel, we saw the crowd waiting and just ordered an Uber. Since part of the reason we got this hotel was for the shuttle, this was disappointing and an unexpected expense. The second issue is the cost of food at the hotel. There are few restaurant options near the hotel, so without competition, the hotel seems to charge a premium for food.

Lovely spacious environment. Excellent breakfast. Ideal location for Arena, airport and transport services (Metro, train & bus) I also used the gym which was well stocked for functional strength training. Highly recommended hotel. Would stay again

Very great experience. Perfect location as it’s only a quick walk to the metro. Grocery store is just around the corner which made it very convenient. Staff were very kind and accommodating. No complaints!
