smallest room in the world, booked a standard king and got stuck in a room in which i could not even fully open the door lol. plus it was right next to the elevator so i was woken up by noise all evening. would stay here again but definitely not in room 316

Everything has exceeded my expectations, especially the staff. Laeh, in particular, is exceptional; she is truly delightful and knowledgeable in assisting us with planning our day trip.

Hello I would like to talk about an impotant matter and I would like to compensate for that. There was just one staff working in the reception and she was so tired after a long waiting and get our keys first there was no one to help us for the buggage and second in the room

There is definitely no complaint about the location and the cleanliness. But the water flow of the shower head is too weak. The ladder of the bunker bed is made of thin metal bars, therefore it is hard and dangerous to climb up and down. Finally if a bath tub is available, it will be much better. Anyway, it is a nice stay.

What a beautiful property! It has old money elegance, the friendliest staff, amazing food and drinks in both the lobby bar and the rooftop bar! We had an absolutely fantastic experience and will be back! We typically stay at a Fairmont downtown but Azur is our new favourite!! Thanks for the wonderful weekend and the lovely birthday surprise for my husband.

Great room but I was surprised to find out the restaurant was closed for renovations when i arrived.

Parking is right next to building and safe. Great location!

Best hotel i’ve stayed at, by far. The staff were excellent. They greeted me every time i walked through the doors, every time i ran into them in the halls, etc, very friendly. Any requests/questions i had, they answered them right away. Room was very excellent, great mattress, great room controls (lighting and temperature). The only thing; and this is a very small thing compared the amount of things the hotel did great on, is that it would be nice if the TV in the room was a smart tv, or have access to netflix/youtube or streaming etc. There is an ipad which has this however it would be nice to have it on a bigger screen. Regardless that is a very minor ding. If I find myself in Vancouver again, i will be staying here, that’s for certain.

No continental breakfast but they give coupons for the restaurants next door which were great. Great location. Can be a little loud but windows are well built for sound but if you’re a light sleeper like me earplugs are a must. Great rooms, nice lighting lots of windows!
