Would thoroughly recommend this hotel ideally situated for sightseeing with a lot of landmarks in walking distance.
Room clean and quiet with air conditioning which was welcome in the present heatwave.
Staff very friendly and helpful and a shout out for Alex who booked us in!

While the hotel room, balcony and views were beautiful, I found the hotel “nickeled and dimed” customers for everything.
For example, to check in earlier than usual, you could pay £20 per hour, which we did. It seems expensive and petty but the room still wasn’t ready until the regular check in time. So we rushed to get to the hotel only to wait.

Front desk and check-in experience was poor. Staff made an error and didn’t honour an early check-in promise. Very poor customer service an offered me a very expensive upgrade instead. Bell staff, maids, and restaurant staff were excellent
