Crissel y Lupita hicieron el viaje de mis hijas muy bonitos en el kids club, el personal de los show también muy divertidos y todo muy limpio, si tuviera que recomendar algo sería mejorar el menú y la calidad de los alimentos de hay en adelante todo muy excelente

Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe,
One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

The resort and staff are okay except for the sales tactics the resort is offering. I pay more where supposedly I save. The delaying of relaxation and vacation because of the sale of membership. Almost wasted my vacation. Terrible terrible terrible experience after you say no they keep on sending you another sales person to talk to.
