The bedroom we stayed on level 12 was pretty noisy at night. There’s a rooftop bar on the building right next to the hotel, so your room is pretty much on the same level as the bar, so loud music until at least 2AM every night.

Its a nice place but the ac was not as good for a 5 star hotel, everything looks nice from outside the kitchen is really everything else is nice.

The biggest thing to be aware of when booking this hotel is the additional fees, which can significantly increase the total cost of your stay. Parking is nearly $50 per day, and there is also a mandatory destination fee. In my case, I was even charged the destination fee for a day when I was barely there—I arrived around midnight and left before 5 a.m., but the fee was still charged. The advertised “free coffee” was also a little misleading. The free coffee is only available to Gold members. Other guests can use the destination-fee credit toward coffee, but the coffee was not good enough to justify the price. I don’t mind paying for good coffee, but unfortunately, this was disappointing. The destination-fee credit can also be used at a small store next to the lobby, but the selection is very limited—mostly chips, candy, coffee, and a few pastries. Because of the limited options and quality, I personally did not feel that the destination fee provided much value. On the positive side, the room itself was very clean, smelled nice, and was comfortable. Overall, I would recommend looking beyond the advertised room rate and carefully checking all additional fees, what they cover, and when they are charged. The final cost can be considerably higher than the initial booking price.
