「the key doesn't work, nor shower. do not use this facility」

「I booked a one-night stay from Saturday to Sunday but left around 10:30 PM Saturday after seeing a large roach, over 1.5 inches long, walking across the room floor and going under the bed. I did not stay overnight and had to find another hotel that same night. I also noticed a brown stain on a hand towel and a torn bath towel. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a full refund, but the issue was not fully resolved stating only partial refund maybe even thought I left at 1045~....

「セコイア、キングスキャニオンの旅行で1泊しました。 1番大きいキッチンやリビングがついているタイプのお部屋に泊まりました。 食器や鍋なども揃っていたので簡単なご飯を作る事ができました。でも、周りに食材を売っている場所がなさそうだったので持参されることをおすすめします。 古さはあり、ドアに隙間があって虫とかは自由にはいって来れそうな感じだったので、虫が苦手な人は夏はきになるかもしれません。 静かな場所なので、夜はぐっすり眠れました。」

「Thought this place would be nice do to having access to freeway , etc. place looks sketchy on the outside it looks like a halfway housing makes you feel uneasy. Inside looks nothing like what’s advertised on the web horrible sheets had paint stains, towels as well. AC unit worked when it wanted then a loud noises where it was annoying and it was hot that day and the next. Talked to the manager he said oh that’s how it is it leaks water outside of it as it’s an energy saver but didn’t fix the...
