My entire stay at Sunscapes was fantastic. The place is clean and well maintained and the food was incredible....a wide assortment of seasoned foods and tasty desserts, well labeled and impeccable clean. However what I enjoyed the most was the staff. From the time we reached the bellboys were so friendly and the concierge was so welcoming, encouraging us to have a meal and drink while our room was being prepared. Special mention to the 2 boys at the coffee shop who were kind enough to assist my mother with her ginger tea each morning, the hostess at the dinner service at Ventanas who befriended us and remembered where we were from, our room number and how many people were in our group. Also the waiters and waitresses there and at Azul in the morning were top-tier. The housekeepers and room attendants were also very attentive, making sure we were always comfortable and the entire staff at the explorer's club were patient and kind with my daughter who enjoyed the various activities like building sand castles, pajama parties, face painting, slime making etc. Finally the bartenders at all the bars were well versed in making delicious cocktails and mocktails and encouraged us to try different ones. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you have kids as it is family friendly and if you do go please have their cappuccino ice-cream....It was sublime....I miss it already.
