The facilities are a little old, the staff very bad, they gave us a terrible service, we would not return again, terrible attitude of everyone, very bad service on the beach.

Our family of five had an amazing stay at Grand Moon Palace Cancun! The resort was spotless, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the overall service was outstanding. The pools were fantastic, the food was delicious, and there were so many great restaurants to choose from. There was plenty to keep our kids entertained, and they all had an incredible time. Our kids are 13, 10, and 8, and there was something for each of them to enjoy. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation.
