We had a mixed experience overall. We booked a premium balcony room, but the room and much of the hotel felt very outdated. We also experienced several plumbing issues during our stay. Cleanliness was another major concern. The room was not properly cleaned, and we had to request cleaning multiple times. The balcony chairs were also very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sit back and enjoy the view. The pool area was concerning as well. Parts of the pool flooring were chipping, and we cut ourselves multiple times because of it. This is something the hotel should address immediately for guest safety. The food was hit or miss some meals were good, while others were disappointing. On the positive side, the employees were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. However, they appeared to be overworked, which may explain some of the service and cleanliness issues. Overall, the staff was one of the best parts of our experience, but the property itself needs significant improvements and better maintenance.
