Mexico and Central America Golf Vacations

We had to take a golf cart everywhere and there was a night that we waited 45 mins for a golf cart. The hotel said all inclusive however there was a lot that wasn't included like food/drinks ext. They also charge you gratuity at checkout and they do not tell you about it. The spa was not offered however I did ask and it was way too expensive ($600) for couples.

Everything was great

We loved this resort! The food was amazing the breakfast and lunch buffet were amazing. All the resteraunts in the hotel were delicious and the staff were so incredibly friendly! The downside would be it’s a little far from downtown but we loved it!

This place never ceases to amaze us. This 5 star resort consistently earns a 5 star rating. The staff are amazing! The food is incredible! The premises are always pristine. I highly recommend this resort.

While the resort has changed to different ownership. The staff still maintain the same friendliness with guest relationships. My spouse and I love going here. It’s a beautiful place to visit, relax, and if you need to plan any excursions, you can write from the hotel. The food is great plenty of options. Pool access is great for adults or even families. Easy access to the beach. Getting a cabana is very inexpensive for an all day relaxation next to the pool. The staff are warm and friendly will help you with anything you need. We especially enjoyed pool service by Daniel and Moises, the supervisor Paola, the service at Azul, the waitress for a romantic dinner on the beach. The staff are always happy to share history and knowledge. We will definitely continue to go back. A note I would like to leave future travelers don’t hesitate to pass out this hotel. You’ll definitely feel safe and happy to enjoy your vacation. Please don’t forget to tip for your service while the staff don’t ask. They definitely do work hard. I wouldn’t say this just because of this place any place you go to down there in Cancun.
