It’s the best kept secret in London. It’s better than any other 5 star hotel in London. Their service & attention to detail is incredible. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times now & have always had amazing service. I highly recommend it!

I first stayed at this hotel when it newly opened.

Like that it is close to the airport, hate that it is far from Paris.

I enjoyed this hotel so much due to its cleaness and location, but no refrigerator, no microwave, no ice machine is not convenient.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The bed is a bit stiff, and the shower was messy with only a partial, moveable glass divider to try to keep the water in the tub, but the water still got everywhere. But the location is definitely convenient for flying out of Heathrow.

It was old with a moldy bathtub and dingy carpets. Still, there was a lot of space and the access to the pool/sauna/hot tubs, etc, made it overall a good value.
