Jacuzzi tub fixture did not fill up the tub for us to utilize the jets in the jacuzzi something had to be wrong with the water stopper and the shower would not get hot other than that restaurants were top tier and the casino and hotel was lively room were modern and had a penthouse condo feel

The casino is nice and the property very well maintained. The front desk staff was kind enough to add a food & beverage credit but it wasn’t applied when ordering room service. The breakfast from room service was delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Palms.

Todo estuvo muy bien, lo único quite no me gustó fue que tuve que pagar aparte por el estacionamiento. Deberia estar incluido en la reservacion del cuarto.
