8.6/10 Excellent! (759 reviews)
All of the staff was fantastic. Brie at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. They had a man that was concerned for every detail. He was cleaning the grout and took pride in the property. I didn’t catch his name, but I did notice.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
The room was clean and nice. The staff was absolutely amazing. When we called for something it was brought to our room quickly. Only reason i didnt rate it 5 stars was because we booked here because they had valet parking but when we arrived the valet was full so we had to park in the garage. There was human feces in the garage.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
We loved this place! Located about 25 minutes north of the Albuquerque airport (ABQ), the property is just secluded enough to feel completely isolated, but within a 5-minute drive you’re back in civilization for dining, gambling, shopping, etc. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained, and provide a very cool Native America/adobe/Southwestern vibe. Staff were all attentive, polite and professional, and the couple small things we asked of them were dealt with immediately. Food and drinks were a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected. We didn’t really use the amenities, but did walk around and found everything to appear clean and inviting. It’s more or less centrally located in the state, and with a rental car we were able to do White Sands National Park, Carlsbad Caverns, Bandelier National Monument/Taos/Sante Fe and Chaco Canyon, all in 4 days; about 1,850 miles total, but all doable from this location. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and can recommend Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort without question.
