"The staff was very rude and disrespectful. If they don't allow local guests who recently moved no chance to change my Driver's license yet. The girl at the desk said your canceled i said what excuse me, she then said loud you need to leave the premises. I asked what about the money I already paid up front and she said thats not my problem you need to hit up expedia about it. I made the reservation through Hotel.com she said they are all the same and i need to get off the property. I will make sure I tell everyone I know it's the worst place I have ever been to. What happened to customer service and respect "

"Rooms are clean, well decorated and modern but not my thing. Not a fan of the “doorless shower” the floor still ended up wet. The area is very noisy but thats not the fault of the property owners. Check in is at the bar with was odd but well handled. Parking is not adequate enough.. "

"The apartment itself was nice, and we appreciated conveniences like the washer/dryer, spices and kitchen essentials being available already. However there was mold in multiple places in the shower and the smell lead to us not showering as much as we would have otherwise. Would have been a 5/5 but 3/5 due to the mold being so bad."
