And because the doors are hollow core and they have an inch gap below the door, you could hear the entire conversation at midnight when a customer comes in to check in. It is very disturbing and I receive little sleep. I hope they can get better doors so the customer can sleep well."

"This hotel is good value for money, considering its location. Staff were helpful although not personable. The room facilities were good and the bed comfortable, although so high that it's difficult for non-athletic people to get into. The big downside, and why it gets the rating I gave it, is that there is no lift/elevator. The only rooms available when I checked in after a very much delayed flight, were on the 2nd floor, and I struggled to get my suitcase up the stairs. The comment from reception was that I should have checked in earlier. So when travelling with luggage I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can carry your bags upstairs."
