「Room was not very clean and parking was super full.」

「This place was a fantastic stay. Rooms were clean, I love that you get a history of the hotel. The artifacts throughout the building also make it a little more special. The breakfast was fresh, there was a large selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody passing through or just our on the town for the evening. The free shuttle within a mile of the hotel is also a wonderful perk. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I loved our stay」

「This was terrible! I booked the banana suite. When I checked in all good went to my room and it wasn’t the suite I booked. There was hair on the floor and not clean, I asked why they put me the room. They why I booked wasn’t available. I brought food and drinks to heat up and cook. Had the food spoil, when asked why didn’t notify she said that was Expedia they had to. I asked to speak to the manager nothing. Overall even I had gotten the suit the hotel looked ran down noisy and not clean. 」

「レジデンスインバイマリオットは、宿泊する都市にあれば必ず泊まるホテルです。 アルバカーキのレジデンスインは群を抜いていいと思います。 戸建でなく、コンドミニアムのような建物の一室というスタイルなので、段差がなく 荷物の搬入に便利。そして部屋の作りがとてもいい。アルバカーキなのにこの値段？ と思ったのですが、内容に納得。空港のそばに泊まる必要のある人には絶対オススメです。 ただし、近くにはスーパーもレストランもありません。 買い物を済ませてチェックインをお勧めします。それと、宿泊日にお財布を置き忘れて 10時頃チェックアウトしたのですが、三時にはエクスペディア経由で、メールをいただき 宅配便で現在輸送中です。その正直さ、すばやい対応にも驚きました。感謝」

「The staff was friendly and accommodating. Long travel and time change, we were late to bfast. The lady in the kitchen was kind, kept the bfast buffet open a little longer just for us. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. 」

「Breakfast wasn't good. Check in was great and Beverly was great. Room was decent. The area around the motel was good. Motel was kind of old but looks like it was remodel. 」

「Staff need to pay attention when checking in . I checked in I booked through a third party. It was my boyfriend and I staying at the hotel ( I CHECKED IN) we left I only came back had to stop at the front desk because the keys were in the room, front desk was saying that there was no room under my name I was confused at first she got me thinking I’m I in The wrong hotel. Couldn’t be because she checked me in. She wouldn’t wanna give me a key after I showed her the receipt I got from Expedia....

「日本から観光でアルバカーキに行きましたが、英語が不慣れな私達にスタッフは親切に説明してくれました。 部屋もすごく広くてバスルームやトイレも２つづつあって部屋を満喫できました。 また是非泊まりたいホテルです。」
