"Rented the property for a week long family reunion. The check-in as well as the check-out went very well. What really stands out about the property is the city view from the foothills of the Sandia mountains. Plenty of hot air balloons getting ready for Balloon Festival in about a week or so. Parking is somewhat limited if family all drive their own cars. All in all, it was a great choice for our family for the week and I strongly recommend this rental."

I suggest that more post booking details on the VRBO website and consider including a binder in the rental on how to check out and other local details. Glad there were notes on the light switches on what switch did what - it has been annoying with our past bookings. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was well stocked with goodies - the best we have seen. Another suggestion is to get a new drip coffee pot as the one in the unit has seen better days."
