Our room had an exhaust fan in our room needs replaced, but other than that it was a great stay. There was a little mix up with our room, but they handled it quickly and professionally.

My kids and I highly enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn while in town for the balloon festival. Great location. Felt safe. Close proximity to attractions. Lots of nearby dining options. Comfortable space in lobby and outside for socializing… all around great experience!

I would not stay here again, it was old, in need of a major remodel, our tiles in the bathroom were broken as well as the shower curtain, when I checked in, she double charged my card, and when I asked about it, she said you need to dispute it with your bank. Don’t recommend!

The hotel was good and the room clean. Be aware of the excessive pet fee. We were charged $100 for a small 10 pound maltipoo for 1 night. This kind of overcharge should be stated on the website.

Hotel Dated And Room Smelled Of Cigarettes

Any port in a storm, I suppose. I only stayed a single night there. The one staff member was friendly enough and check-in was quick. The hotel is dated. The carpet is worn and threadbare and there is no way I would get ice from that ice machine. No telling when it was last cleaned. My room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room and I had to let the front desk staff member know this so they wouldn't charge me for smoking (since I do not smoke). T he room itself was ok.The security was a little iffy. I left around 4 a.m. and there was no sight or sound of a night watchperson anywhere. The front reception area was totally dark and I couldn't hear anybody moving around there. Anybody could have gotten in and messed with the area and gone up to any of the rooms to cause trouble, as far as I could tell. There is also no key drop off box that I could find so I just had to leave my card key next to the front desk computer, which was not on at all, leaving me to think there was no security watchperson in that area.
