「The front desk staff barely said a word to me. He had me sign the registration and handed me a key in a sleeve. Then he said, "that it." He did not tell me my room number or where the room was. When I asked about ice, he just pointed to the left. He failed to mention that the machine did not dispense ice!
When I got to my room it smelled of chlorine and then I realized I had balcony overlooking the indoor pool which was pretty noisy.
The room was otherwise comfortable.
