「Me and many guests had to wait 2.5 hours to check in at the hotel because their computers were down. We had to park 2 streets away and walk a long way because there was a boxing match inside the hotel convention center, so the entire parking lot and surrounding streets were packed with cars. Staff seemed very confused and understaffed with all the guests that were very upset because their system was down. I had just driven 4 hours and had to wait 2.5 hours to get checked in. Never again.
