「The staff was very helpful. For some reason they had not received my reservation from Hotels.com. It was confirmed to me in the morning but when I arrived 8 hours later they had no record. The staff was very helpful and got me a room and said they would correct the error with Hotels.com. What could have been a disaster they worked to make this a positive experience.
