The property was sub par. The down stairs bathroom was out of order. The room smelled like cigarettes. The walls and furniture were all covered with wall knock down. They did not cover stuff to texture the walls. There was no hair dryer and when I ask the desk said they couldn’t get in a closet to get me one. I thought my own. Ne ref-ridge in the room, only in deluxe rooms. The bed was comfortable. If you just want to lay your head and be close to the balloon location it is fine. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The only positives were that the property was clean and the gentleman working at check-in was efficient and professional. The biggest issue was the lack of peace and security. Throughout the night, there were loud, rowdy, seemingly intoxicated individuals roaming the hallways and causing disturbances, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was extremely limited, with essentially only waffles, bagels, and toast available. What concerned me most, however, was the exterior back door repeatedly being propped open with a rock. Every time I encountered it, I removed the rock to allow the door to close properly. Yet, each time I returned, the rock had been placed back. I cannot say who was responsible, but I frequently noticed people smoking just outside that entrance. Regardless of who was doing it, leaving an exterior entrance unsecured is a serious safety concern, especially for guests staying overnight. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the property and the efficient check-in experience, those positives do not outweigh the disturbances, disappointing amenities, and lack of security. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel, the outside looks very rough but the room I had was remodeled. It was a lovely room but the rest of the property was scary. The location is great and the staff were helpful. There was some miscommunication about the pet policy, it all worked out. There is a pet fee for each pet ($25) with a max number of two pets.
