Front desk immediately had maintenance come to our room. He couldn’t fix it right away so they promptly moved us to a new room down the hall. Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was standard, but fresh and delicious. "

"The overall visual of the hotel is rundown and tired. The elevator feels filthy and takes up to 10 min to arrive. I booked a suite so I would have a refrigerator and microwave, there was food from previous guests in the fridge. Curdled milk and soggy lettuce. Yuck. The sheets had tiny little hairs in them, gross. I would not stay here again."

That is very invasive and it made me concerned about having my teenagers in swimsuits in the hot tub knowing people were watching. One of the reasons I usually rent whole houses is for the privacy. "
