Never stayed before. Had guests & wanted to show them good time. St. Francis hotel was nothing great. It was your average $150 a night hotel. We paid $475. Rooms nothing special. Only one chair by table to look and enjoy view. Towels might have been sandpaper. Bathrooms had no bath mats in shower. Very dangerous. Had always heard it was a fabulous hotel. Well, not anymore.
Overall, don't waste your money.

Staff were kind and helpful. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. The beds were extremely hard, pillows went completely flat, and the elevator is very very slow.

Pros - clean room, comfortable bed. Cons - no blackout curtains available. Hallway light was shining in the room throughout the night which made it difficult to wind down as someone who likes complete darkness while sleeping. Staff could've been friendlier as well.
