The check-in was seamless. Room was very spacious; and beds extremely comfortable. The only downside is the bathroom that was not heated and very cold in September; there was draught coming through the window. The shower fixture was broken too. But overall it was good, it is conveniently centrally located close to the main stations for access to trains and airports

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is worth it and Billy is a lovely host. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

The room and property are absolutely beautiful and the location is great. The staff are friendly and polite but there's not much in the way of service. I would definitely come back though when I return to Edinburgh

From the moment I arrived, Hilary made me feel incredibly welcome, she’s a fantastic host with a warm, thoughtful approach that truly elevates the experience. The house itself is absolutely amazing: beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm. Every detail feels carefully considered, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing location for centre of Edinburgh, EICC conference, Haymarket etc Great apartment worked perfectly for three of us attending conference and working from the apartment.

Christmas dinner was excellent

We stayed Jan 5-7th so a quieter time of year which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. Kids enjoyed it and water was warm. Had dinner at the Brasserie and really enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and the food was tasty. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommend adding it on during your stay. Lots of parking, wildlife and good location. Bus available into the city centre. We would definitely return! 2 adults & 3 young children - 2 connecting rooms.

Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and overall just a fabulous place to be. I will cherish the memories there forever.
