「The rooms were spacious. Restrooms in the rooms were big and nice and the pool was clean. And the staff was friendly.」

「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Lake Tahoe and thoroughly enjoyed our overall experience. The only aspect that was a bit disappointing was the laundry service, which required reservations 3–4 days in advance. This was quite inconvenient, especially for guests staying for a shorter period or needing laundry services during their trip. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer more flexibility or communicate this requirement in advance so guests can plan accordingly. Aside from this...

「Hôtel splendide. Très bien placé, personnel au top, les chambres sont superbes. Expérience formidable」

「Had a great 1 bedroom unit with Kitchen. Housekeeping was very good. Walls are thin and was a bit annoyed when I received a phone call from the front desk saying to turn my TV down. Honestly, it wasn't loud and slightly after 10pm so I'm sure I had some picky neighbors next door. What I don't get is the hotel was very empty so why would you put two guests next to each other when other rooms in the same room type were available one or two doors down and doesn't change the view.?? Hey, I'm on...

「素晴らしかった、何よりゴンドラ脇で、チェックアウト後も荷物をカートごと預かってもらえた」

「 We have never stayed at such a relaxing hotel. There were many hotels with the Hilton name, so at first we went to the wrong place, but we are truly glad we came here. The room was spotless and had a warmth that made it feel just like home. We instantly fell in love with this hotel.」

「Clean room and excellent service as well as helpful staff.」

「We stayed in 2bed+2bath "townhome". The room was outdated but fairly clean and didn't smell any order in our room. Beds were comfortable and clean. One thing that surprised me is that this place has trash cans that are not bear-proof, so during my two days of stay I saw a bear two days in a row, roaming around for food.」

「Great place to stay.」

「アメリカ在住の娘家族と車２台でいきました。２部屋、２日間泊まりましたが、お値段以上に良いホテルでした。ありがとうございました。良い休日を過ごせることができました。」
