"I loved this hotel! It has everything you need and the rooms were perfect. The staff was wonderful and the rooms cleaned every day. My daughter and I used the spa and loved it. We used the pool and it was as busy but the pool was as big so it wasn’t an issue. We will definitely stay here again"

"My wife and I travel very frequently. I wish there were more properties like this available in other cities. It gets very old and boring to see the same hotel room no matter the city. It’s very refreshing to stay at a place that truely feels like a home. The property was spotless and the gym/pool are amazing. 5 stars all the way around."

"The communication in the beginning was not great. They gave us the wrong code to enter the house and I tried to contact the numbers listed and they took over 15 mins to get back to me. The host didn’t apologize for the mistake and wrote a response that was condescending. Once we got into the house, we had a good stay. I would stay there again but wish the communication would have been better."

"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."
