"Overall great hotel, amazing room. Getting to the entrance was a little confusing, though. Never a fan of having to walk through a smoke filled room to get to the elevators, but I guess that's what I get for booking at a casino."

"Booked a non smoking room and the entire floor we were on smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. I had my two children with me, that is why I wanted to be in the non smoking area. Room looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly, linen had holes in them, beds were uncomfortable and there was stains on the walls and ceilings. I will never stay there again. I wanted to be close to the kid arcade area they have that’s why I booked here but I rather pay more somewhere else and be comfortable in a clean, real non smoking floor. "

"It wasn’t the staff of facilities… the room next to me were talking all night from 11pm-6am and the walls were paper thin."

"This is the cutest house! The neighborhood was charming and felt very safe. The location was perfect for our stay and the activities we had planned. We arrived in Reno during a heavy snowstorm and the host was great about shoveling the driveway and making us comfortable. Would stay here again. "

"This home is located in a nice area and was well stocked. We appreciate that there were several stores in restaurants, both within walking or driving distance and a nice walk and dog park just about a mile from the home. It was clean and comfortable, and well maintained. The only issue we had was with the gate/fence. Unfortunately, it needs to be finished or sanded as one of the guests tried to open the gate and ended up with about 10 splinters on the side of her hand. Thankfully, we did have tweezers with us and got most of them out the first night, but it was a lot of work and she was in a lot of discomfort. If it wasn’t for the issue with the gate, I would’ve given it five stars. "
