Our room was in Birch Tower and was very nice, new, and clean. Beds were super comfortable and I liked the shower and bathroom. Room came with mini fridge and individual coffee maker. Nice that there was a coffee/pastry stand on the ground floor below us. The location was excellent and loved the art all around on 4th Street. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was clean spacious and the shower has the shampoo conditioner and body wash bottles in there so that all you have to do is use them you don't get the little bitty things and they actually give you four full-size towels not two or three like some of the other hotels

We had a great stay at J Resort! We got to the area earlier than expected and decided to ask if an early check-in was possible. The staff was super friendly and let us know our room was already ready, which was such a nice surprise. The room was very clean, smelled fresh, and everything was well taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and welcoming. We had a really positive experience and will definitely be staying at J Resort again!

Beautiful resort since renovations. I enjoyed playing there. Food was a little sparse as far as #restuarants go. The buffet was outstanding, like buffets used to be good price, good food, and great services.

Room was nice comfortable,,A/C unit or fan in bathroom had a burnt hair/ electrical smell Wait staff could smile more,gaming machines were pretty much all the same pennie machines and never pay off hardly anything more than a couple of bucks Was on 11th floor and could still hear cars motorcycles all night ,but was a good place to lay your head down close to downtown ie,silver legacy and electrical Dorado

The room was perfect the staff was friendly and my only reason for not giving 5 stars was when I took shower in the morning there was no hot water when I asked the front desk as we checked out she said the boiler had went down

One of the elevators was out of working order. The elevators are triggered by room cards which is fine just need to remember.* Staff were very helpful despite how busy they were. Room was clean and worth the price. Also, parking garage felt secure and security staff were helpful. Would stay again.
