「This place was in the perfect location and such a nice surprise with how spacious and perfect it was for our family of 6 a dog! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe! 」

「So fun to stay in the Red Caboose!! Very comfortable. Loved all the little touches inside. So much to look at. I enjoyed waving to the Virginia &Truckee Train as it went by. The main part of town was easy walking distance (some hills) and had a fabulous breakfast at Crazy Calamities. Sitting out in the gazebo was relaxing and I was happy to have several deer walk past!」

「The coziest most naturally lit studio apartment in Tahoe. We loved our stay. Only thing is WiFi was completely out the entire time we were there. 」

「My husband and I stayed here for his 60th bday. We enjoyed our two night stay. It a pretty place and the hot springs/tubs were an added benefit. Be careful though and test the temperature of the water before rushing in, as one of the pools was scalding hot. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. 」

「Room was clean and comfortable, lovely courtyard with a small waterfall, easy and about a 3-minute walk to the casino. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was not working correctly and took all night to make our room a little cooler. The lake is about 10-minute walk, but it's a private beach and they charge to get in. We drove to the north side and found easy lake access for free. Overall, we had a great time. If you don't want to stay in a major hotel, I recommend this place with puppies.」

「If you understand that the unit is 420 sq ft, you will not be surprised-why it is inexpensive compared to similar properties. All was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen and bathroom worked as expected (minor exceptions below). Furnishings and appliances, and Lakeland, are all as described / depicted. The beds were very comfortable - we all slept well. 「The unit was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed all the amenamenities in the unit. The location is ideal, short walks and drives to everything. Very easy check-in. The only con to this unit is low ceilings, and you can hear the walking and running of the neighbors which was disturbing. Other than that I would definitely visit this property again .」
