"Pool was under construction, no coffee pot, fridge, or microwave. I will be sure to check closer next time I reserve a room. Time share people kept stopping us to try and give us a FREE dinner and show if we sit through a seminar/sales pitch, we had to pay them 25 dollars up front. Hard to navigate your way inside the pyramid to find the correct elevator for your floor and room. At Check-in there was nobody monitoring the counter to help, as it was self-check-in. A bit confusing, remember to take a pic of the room # on the screen because it disappears after you activate your own key cards. The view out our window was I believe part of the parking garage. Room was clean."

"I originally booked a king bed, but upon arrival I was informed none were available and was given a room with two queen beds facing the roof with a bright green light outside. Considering the high rate I paid, the room and overall experience did not meet the expectations for a hotel at this price point. There are other hotels offering better accommodations at more reasonable rates."

"We recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and had a bit of a mixed start. Upon arrival, we were told the double room we booked wasn't available and were given a King room instead. Since we were traveling with our 15-year-old son, this wasn't ideal. The front desk initially told us a rollaway bed wasn't possible due to fire safety codes, which was disappointing. However, I went back down to speak with another staff member who called a manager, and they were able to move us into a double room after all. We really appreciated the manager stepping in to fix the situation! The Highlights: The Room: Once we got into the correct room, it was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The Location: Absolutely fantastic. We loved being in this area of the city. The Downside: The main reason for the 4-star rating is the elevator situation. With two elevators available, only one was functioning during our stay. This led to massive lines in the lobby and long wait times. On our final day, we waited over 15 minutes for an elevator that never stopped on our floor, so we eventually had to take the stairs with our luggage. Overall, it is a lovely hotel with great rooms, but the elevator maintenance definitely needs to be addressed for a smoother guest experience."
