"The bathroom toiletries, including shampoo, liquid soaps, and conditioner, are empty, and they haven’t been refilled since the previous day. There’s no microwave in the room, and there’s no complimentary water. The coffee maker is not working properly. The door design is also problematic; if it’s open, you might bump into other doors because they’ll block your way. There’s no free parking; only valet service is available."
