「Nice hotel. Staff was polite and helpful, and the place was kept super clean. Loved the free afternoon cookies and having access to Starbucks drinks at the grill in the lobby. I gave a 4 star rating because even though many of the amenities were top notch, my travel companion and I both felt that the beds were not the most comfortable. However, if in Reno, I would stay there again just because it is conveniently located and has other amenities I appreciated.」

「Room was clean, pillows smelled musty as in "boy oil", or other people's sweat. Heater was noisy. Room, halls, elevator, lobby, and food area were overall clean, full kitchen was a nice feature. A hotel of that size however, should definately have more than 2 luggage racks. On our way out, we were on a time limit and ended up carrying our luggage out. It took us 3 trips to the second floor, and we are old.」

「The kitchen is too small, dated, poor location.」

「Great place to stay. Easy to find with professional and friendly staff.」
