We had to wait in lobby for more than 30 minutes just to check in & there was no ac in lobby it was too hot while we waited

During our four-night stay, we were forced to change rooms five separate times because of repeated problems with cleanliness, maintenance, and room conditions. This was not a single unfortunate housekeeping oversight. We were repeatedly moved from one unacceptable room to another, and at no point should a paying guest have to go through five room assignments simply to obtain a clean, sanitary, non-smoking room. The conditions we encountered included: • Linens with visible holes and significant wear • Dirty and inadequately cleaned bathrooms • Mold in the shower • Strong cigarette/smoke odors in rooms designated as non-smoking • Dingy, poorly maintained rooms • Accommodations that did not reflect the quality or condition represented to us We were also told that the tower in which we were staying had been recently remodeled. We later learned that this remodel occurred nearly 10 years ago. Describing a renovation completed approximately a decade ago as "recent" is misleading, particularly given the visibly worn, dated, and poorly maintained condition of the rooms we were assigned. We are extremely disappointed that what should have been an enjoyable four-night stay became an ongoing process of dealing with unacceptable room conditions and repeated relocations.
