"The room itself was very clean, and updated. But the beds were awful. The window needed curtains that completely closed. The walls were thin, and you could hear everything! The outside of the building was maintained but due to it being by a truck stop it was a rough looking crowd. The view overlooking the lake was pretty, but you could hear everything happening outside. Also, my kids were bummed that there was no pool. Because this is a Peppermill owned property, I expected there to be a swimming pool. I clearly should have looked more closely. Over all, this was a quick pit stop on our way to CA. We needed a break from the car, and my husband and I were tired from driving most of the day. But better beds would have been a huge plus. None of us slept very well. "

"The room was slightly above average. The lights in the mirror need to be changed because they were flickering so badly it could have caused a seizure. The bathroom door handle on the inside was loose. But other than those two things the room was great. The casino was clean and they had ozone machines throughout to help with the cigarette smells. The real star was the Terrace Lounge, the vibes were perfect and the drinks were great. The staff was also incredible! I will be back but I do hope they do some maintenance in the rooms. "

"Overall a nice stay. Quiet, friendly, etc. My only complaints are… the room never got below 70 deg after 4 days. Super uncomfortable for me personally, esp while trying to sleep. And the in room coffee was terrible. Luckily the good coffee is just downstairs, but still. "

"The casino itself was great and worth the 6-hour drive. However, despite booking a non-smoking room, the hallway outside my room had a strong marijuana odor for the first two nights, which took away from the overall experience."

"The room ac wasn't working. The communication with your app and the hotel needs to improve i was charged by this app and the hotel, I was told that I would get my money back still haven't received anything. The beds were really dirty I switched rooms twice and didn't get any better. I have pictures if needed..."

"Very clean, very safe, walking distant to a mall. I would stay here again. Maria the front desk staff member was very helpful and super super nice. Only two complaints, the computer in the lobby was down our entire two days there. And they charge for parking and bottles of water in your room. "

"Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room, comfy bed. Very modern. Nice big kitchen. The air conditioner is very loud and we turned it off so we could sleep. Breakfast is plenty for free and the kitchen staff are very nice. This is a newer hotel and we were extremely pleased with our stay. "
