"I always love staying at the Nugget. Love the pool and fitness room. Area is safe. There was a huge problem with the elevators this time. Many people waited for over 10 minutes, or they would start going opposite direction before getting to your requested floor. Fortunately - I was only on 7th floor, so if wait was too long, I took the stairs.Although slightly inconvenient, I was able to do the stairs but not everyone is. I chose to wait when leaving since I had my luggage. I found it strange that no one offered heads up upon check in and the staff seemed quite unapologetic. I know there was a sign about elevator renovations but no explanation of what to expect. It seems it could be an unsafe situation for a hotel that large. Although I typically love staying at the Nugget - it does make me reconsider future stays. "

"Room layout particularly the bathroom was extremely small. If you want to stay in a more lively hotel with the adjoining three hotels, then stay here bc of location."

"Easy to get to and from the airport. All the staff was very pleasant, and very helpful. I have no sense of direction whatsoever, so I was constantly getting lost in the casino, and people were so nice that they would even walk me to what I was looking for. I never had any fear of going off on my own because of this. Lots of restaurants, a few amenities, coffee, nice things that count a lot when you’re not leaving the property. I appreciated that. Decent with gluten-free requests, which I also appreciate!"
